SIX CARD FIVE™ — six cards, best of five

The player begins with three visible cards and decides whether to enter the hand. A fourth card develops the player hand — Fold or Raise.

A fifth card completes the player's visible five-card hand — Fold or Raise again.

Stay in, and the hand proceeds to six cards. The best five determine the result against the dealer. Unlike SIXENSE, there is no decision to go SIXTH. Six cards are part of the game from the outset. 

The hand develops. So does the commitment.

The Game

SIX CARD FIVE uses standard five-card poker rankings within Progressive Commitment.

Player and dealer each begin with three face-up cards. The player may Fold or Bet x1 Ante.

The player's fourth card is revealed. The player may Fold or Raise x1 Ante.

The player's fifth card is revealed. The player again decides whether to Fold or Raise x1 Ante.

If the player continues, the sixth card completes the six-card proposition. The strongest standard five-card poker hand is determined for player and dealer. The remaining card is discarded.

One Pair or better is required to win. The player must also beat the dealer's best five-card hand.

There is no dealer qualification requirement.

You beat the dealer.
You get paid.

Ante to Play

Ante establishes participation and the value of the subsequent Bet and Raises.

On a winning One Pair or Two Pair, the Ante remains the participation cost.

On a winning Three of a Kind or higher, the Ante pushes and is returned to the player. On a True Tie, all active wagers — including Ante — push.

The Ante does not participate in the poker paytable.

Standard poker hand comparison and applicable kickers determine the winning hand.
