Strategy Construction

Les Cartes d'Or is a two-card casino game built around three wagering fields creating nineteen positions.
Players construct the strategy — select positions independently or combine them.
Card One and Card Two each offer five paired positions, with winning positions paying 3:1. Total Value offers nine positions based on the combined value of the two cards, with payouts from 4:1 to 63:1. Before the deal, players may select one position or several, play a single wagering field or combine all three. No wager is required to access another.
Jack, Queen or King activates Carte d'Or, boosting winning Card One and Card Two positions from 3:1 to 5:1.
Total Value 11 is House Win.
The Game
Les Cartes d'Or uses one standard 52-card deck.
Ace through Ten are resolving cards. Jack, Queen and King are Carte d'Or cards and carry no numerical value.
All positions are selected before the deal.
The first resolving card determines Card One. The second determines Card Two. Together they determine Total Value.
If a Jack, Queen or King appears before both resolving cards are complete, Carte d'Or is activated. Winning Card One and Card Two positions then pay 5:1 instead of 3:1.
More than one Carte d'Or may appear, but the boost activates once only.
Players may select one or more positions across any of the three wagering fields.
